Outpatient Programs

Intensive Outpatient Treatment (IOP) at Pat Moore Foundation offers flexible, effective care for those who can commute. With individual and group counseling, it includes Cognitive Therapy, Family Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Incentives to support lasting recovery. Ideal for those balancing daily life, IOP provides structured treatment without full-time residency.

Inpatient Programs

Primary Residential Treatment at Pat Moore Foundation offers 24/7 care for individuals with severe addiction, combining group and individual therapy, non-medical detox, and clinical services. A 90-day stay is followed by extended care or outpatient treatment, ensuring continuous support for long-term healing.

Extended Care Programs

Extended Care Treatment is for those who have completed Primary Residential Treatment and are transitioning back into society. Clients live in a sober living home and receive 20 hours of treatment per week with clinical and social support. This program offers a less intensive, structured approach to recovery, combining effective treatment modalities.

Your Home Away From Home

We offer gender-specific residential addiction treatment in a co-ed campus environment, helping men and women build a strong foundation in recovery. Our program includes a regular schedule, group sessions, 12-step and faith-based meetings, one-on-one case management, and a supportive community.

We provide 30 and 60-day treatment options, emphasizing fellowship and peer support. Residents are accommodated in age-appropriate cottages and encouraged to develop a network of support outside the facility.

Our 24-hour staff is available to assist with challenges in early sobriety, guiding each resident toward a healthy, lasting recovery.

Pat Moore Foundation’s programs are licensed and certified by the State of California. We are located in Costa Mesa, Orange County, near Newport Beach and Huntington Beach.
